CODISSIA, an ISO 9001-2015 organisation, established in 1969 as a Small Industries Association, is now one of the premier Industrial Associations for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in South India. CODISSIA has been organizing numerous popular and successful trade fairs over the last 30 years which include the flagship fairs INTEC, AGRI INTEX , BUILD INTEC and ELEKTROTEC. The fairs are organized at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Asias largest Pillar Free Hall, a 40 Acre property with an exhibition area of over 2 Lakh Sq.Feet with state-of-the-art facilities. It is one of the most modern Trade Fair Complexes which has put Coimbatore on the World Industrial map. Backed by CODISSIA continuous endeavour, AGRI INTEX has carved a niche for itself in the global sphere.
CODISSIA is the one and only District Level Association in the whole of India to have signed a Memorandum of Understanding with (VDMA) Plant and Machinery Manufacturers Association / Bavarian Section of West Germany. Through this, it proposes to work consistently in assisting the members to identify new technologies / promote joint ventures, technology transfers, send trade delegations etc. to foreign countries. CODISSIA is also renowned for having the maximum number of MoUs with educational institutions.
AGRI INTEX wishes to introduce contemporary agriculture, horticulture, dairy farming and food processing technologies along with their best practices. This can inevitably help countless farmers and platform owners. CODISSIA is fully geared up to host the 23rd edition of India’s Prime Agricultural Trade Fair AGRI INTEX 2025 from July 10th to 14th 2025 at the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex, Coimbatore, Tamilnadu, India.

Established in 1999, the CODISSIA Trade Fair Complex is India”s second largest trade fair complex. It is certified as a World Record Holder in the Limca Book of Records and enjoys the unique distinction of being Asia”s largest pillar free hall. Constructed in a record time of 160 days, it was set up with the aim of providing state-of-the-art infrastructural facilities for conducting trade fairs. On par with the Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, it is the first of its kind in South India to host trade fairs on an international level. Spread over an expanse of 40 acres, the complex houses every conceivable facility demanded by a trade fair.
